 Welcome to AWCompetitions (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions(“Terms”) govern your participation in all competitions (“Competitions”) hosted on our website and affiliated platforms. By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to enter.
- We reserve the right to verify your age and identity.
- Employees, agents, or affiliates of AWCompetitions and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Entry Methods
 You can enter our competitions in one of two ways:
- a) Paid Online Entry
- Visit [insert website URL].
- Select a competition.
- Purchase the required number of entries.
- Correctly answer the skill-based question.
- Submit your entry.
- b) Free Postal Entry
 You may enter any competition for free via post. To do so, send a handwritten postcard or letter with the following information:
- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
- The name of the competition you wish to enter
- Your answer to the competition’s skill-based question & Proof of following our social media

 Important Notes:
- Each free entry must be sent individually by post (one entry per envelope).
- Bulk entries, photocopies, computer-generated or typed entries will not be accepted.
- Free entries must be received before the competition closing date listed on the website.
- If the skill question is not answered correctly, the entry will be invalid.
- Competition Rules
- The number of entries per person may be capped for fairness and transparency. Any limits will be clearly stated on each competition page.
- All valid paid and free entries (that answered the question correctly) are treated equally and entered into the same draw.
- We reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach these rules.
- Draw and Winner Selection
- Winners are selected using a random draw from all correct, valid entries.
- The draw may be conducted live or independently verified for fairness.
- We will notify winners via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 14
days, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.
- Prizes
- Prize details are outlined on each competition page.
- No cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.
- Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of confirming the winner’s identity and eligibility.
- Delivery is free within the UK unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if the competition is cancelled or deemed void.
- If a competition does not sell a minimum number of entries, we reserve the right to:
- Extend the competition closing date;
- Substitute the prize with a cash alternative;
- Refund all entry fees and cancel the competition.
- Liability
- We accept no liability for:
- Incomplete, incorrect, or delayed entries (including postal delays);
- Technical faults or errors on our website;
- Failure of winners to receive notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, etc.
- Publicity and Winner Consent
- Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity (e.g. name, town/city, photo).
- You can opt out of publicity at any time, unless public identification is necessary for transparency.
